CHOCOLATE BONBONS
In addition to making our single-origin chocolate bars, we have created a line of chocolate bonbons. Since 2020, our bonbon lineup has grown to become a major portion of our business. We have some staple flavours in our lineup, as well as many seasonal and exclusive flavours.
We handcraft our bonbons with fine-flavour couverture chocolate and we feature local ingredients wherever possible. All of our bonbons are made with 70% - 80% dark chocolate or dairy-free white chocolate. Some of the local products which we have featured include Circle Canning’s jams, Arbutus Distillery’s Creme de Lavande, and Forest for Dinner’s wild BC berry powders.
Our dairy-based bonbons are made with a chocolate butter ganache base and dipped in either rich dark chocolate or creamy dairy-free white chocolate to complement the feature flavours. These bonbons have a uniquely luxurious mouthfeel, thanks to butter’s low melting-point, and are much richer than cream-based bonbons. We exclusively use grass-fed BC butter from the Lower Mainland for these bonbons.
Our creamy vegan bonbons are made with organic coconut cream and a fabulous dairy-free white chocolate. They are enrobed in an exceptionally fine 70% dark chocolate. We endeavour to create the best dairy-free bonbons in the city. Judge one today!
In addition, we create a variety of dairy-free chocolate treats using our own house-made chocolate paired with various dried fruits, roasted nuts, and nut butters.
